Sustainability & Green certification

The Fund acknowledges that sustainability is a crucial factor in the real estate sector and emphasizes the importance of responsible investing that incorporates sustainable practices.

Enhancing
Asset Value

Sustainability measures like energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste management reduce operating costs and increase the long-term value of hospitality assets. Green-certified buildings typically achieve higher exit values, as lenders and investors prioritize sustainability and ESG criteria in their capital allocation.

Addressing Hotel
and Residential Preferences

Hotel guests are increasingly prioritizing environmentally friendly accommodations, reflecting a growing awareness of sustainability. This shift in consumer preference not only influences their choice of stay but also encourages hotels to adopt greener initiatives, enhancing their appeal and contributing to a more sustainable tourism industry.

Green
Certifications

The Fund is dedicated to pursuing green certifications for our properties, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability. These certifications validate our environmental efforts and enhance our market reputation, attracting eco-conscious investors and guests. By aligning with recognized sustainability standards, we affirm that responsible development is vital for long-term success in hospitality.
