CG Capital

is the fund management arm of Central Group, one of Thailand’s leading business groups engaged in retail, property development and hospitality. As a 6-decade-old family business, our goal is to provide long-term, sustainable financial returns for our investors, while building lasting and meaningful positive-sum relationships.

Our first fund, “CG Capital Real Estate Partners Fund 1”, is a US$300 million hospitality-focused Private Equity Fund borne out of the COVID-19 crisis. As the primary driver of the Thailand’s economy, we believe in the long-term resiliency of the Thai hospitality industry, and aim to unlock value for the domestic economy as global travel demand returns to normalcy.

To deliver our goal of superior risk-adjusted returns, we believe in the following investment principles:

Be conservative in our assumptions, be prepared for the worst

Be conscious of costs: development and operational, run lean

Leverage the extensive partnerships of Central Group to source, build,
and operate

Be pragmatic to insure highest-best-use for our assets and maximize returns

Be responsible, that
our actions create positive change economically, socially and environmentally
