Krit is the Executive Director at CG Capital and leads the origination and execution of high value leveraged investments across hospitality, branded residences, and mixed-use developments.
Previously, he held senior roles at SC Capital Partners and RREEF, where he managed opportunistic real estate funds and joint ventures, including hotels, high-rise residential projects, Japanese-serviced apartments in Thailand and apartment portfolios in Japan, and at Deutsche Bank, advising on cross-border capital raising, restructuring and M&A. Krit holds an MBA from Sasin Graduate Institute and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
