Poon Manomaiphiboon is a Director at CG Capital, focusing on real estate investment and development across hospitality and branded residences. Since joining CG Capital, he has led the project management and execution of key developments in Phuket, including The Standard Residences Phuket Bangtao, StandardX Hotel, Holiday Inn Express & Suites. His experience spans investment analysis, financial modelling and feasibility, project financing, and the coordination of operators, designers, consultants and development partners to drive projects from investment through development and delivery.
Prior to CG Capital, Poon worked across investment, business development and management consulting at Multiply Partners and Accenture. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management from Imperial College London.
